After School Activity Clubs
Thrive-Breakfast Club
At Thive Breakfast Club, pupils have the opportunity of a funded breakfast and soft start to the day. It creates a sense of belonging and helps to reduce any anxieties felt by pupils coming into school. Children are welcomed by regulated and responsive staff who create positive relational experiences so pupils enjoy coming into school, engage with their peers and are ready for learning. Places are allocated to some of our pupils who receive additional Thrive Support from our Thrive Practitioners Mrs Dale, Mrs Ramos & Mrs Brink. Mrs May, our Thrive Emotional Health Practitioner, also supports Thrive Practitioners to deliver Breakfast Club. Places are subject to availability and are by invitation. Thrive Breakfast is based in ‘Our House.’
What our pupils say about Thrive Breakfast Club:
“It makes me feel calm at the beginning of the day.”
“I want to come to school.”
“I like starting the day in ‘Our House’ because it makes me feel calm and happy.”
